On 15 November 2025, Prof. Gianesini delivered a lecture to the French Society of Phlebology on the importance of correctly managing thrombotic risk following laser, radiofrequency and glue procedures for the treatment of varicose veins. Prof. Gianesini then addressed the importance of collecting scientific data in the form closest to the reality of the clinical case, highlighting the role of the institutional v-Registry as a means of also generating artificial intelligence.
